Hello and Welcome! I am Dr. Jessica Reina, I work with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, family, and group therapy. I specialize in working with symptoms related to trauma, depression, and anxiety; in addition to a variety of behavioral symptoms that children and adolescents present with. Through your participation in therapy, you will be given the opportunity to explore how a variety of factors have impacted your life; and together we will find ways to process these life experiences, and learn ways to better cope that will provide you with comfort and safety.

I received specialized training at the Child and Family Guidance Center, where I worked primarily with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma. I received specialized training in forensic assessment of sexual knowledge in children and psychological assessments using the Therapeutic Collaborative Assessment model.

When developing a relationship with a client, I work on creating a safe space with them in order to build a trusting relationship that will enhance their experience and provide opportunities for growth and self-awareness. I am bilingual and able to facilitate sessions in Spanish.
