As your therapist I believe it is my job to support and empower you. To inject hope into your situation. To create a safe environment where you can share your heart and all the of your vulnerabilities. To offer a fresh perspective that allows you to see problems from another angle, and to provide you with an achievable game plan to get you back in touch with living the life you truly desire. I believe therapy should be a place you come to heal and grow. My passion lies in guiding and nurturing individuals, couples and families through these processes.
Using a blend of Narrative Therapy and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy I specialize in: working with individuals struggling with anxiety or depression; providing couples therapy to couples struggling with frequent arguing and bickering patterns of communication, affairs, and lack of intimacy; and providing family therapy to families with struggling teens.
I see clients Monday-Friday in both my Midtown Sacramento and Roseville practices (call for a free phone consultation). Additionally, I am an adjunct professor at Alliant International University where I teach and train other therapists and also volunteer weekly at the Sacramento County Juvenile Hall mentoring young men.
